• Planning Committee (various roles)

• Front of House (ticket and door support

• Bar service (must have Serving It Right)

• Production support 

• Photography and videography

In Kind offerings we are looking for:

• Catering for the Artist Meet and Greet Social

• Green room refreshments (food and non-alcoholic beverage) 

• Printing of paper products including posters, artist name tags, and show programs

• Printing of merch such as lanyards for performers and t-shirts for staff

• Items, coupons, and gift cards for performer SWAG bags (performer perk)

• Photography and videography services

Run a Workshop

Want to run a workshop on a topic related to performance art? Reach out! We would love to partner with you to host and promote your workshop to both Hydra performers and ticket holders.
